Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah

Residents of these states may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data or engage in targeted advertising. You may submit a rights request as described below. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with “Appeal,” and we will inform you of the outcome and further recourse.

Nevada

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. We do not currently respond to such signals due to lack of an industry standard. You may use browser settings to manage cookies.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Health Information and HIPAA

NaNUKE is a pharmaceutical knowledge hub for educational purposes and is not a healthcare provider or health plan. We are not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Do not submit protected health information (PHI) through the Site. Any health-related information you choose to provide will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Site may reference third-party content or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
